"This was the first hair appt I’ve had in 8 years. Kelly assured me she would take care of me considering my anxiety bc of the last cut I had being SO BAD. First, the ladies are nice, even though they talk A LOT & it feels like the air is being sucked out of the room, they are nice. They mean well. But I don’t feel like I was heard about what I wanted. The cut I got was more of what she thought looked good & what she thought I would be comfortable with. I wanted more tapering & less length. She did what she wanted to do instead of what I wanted. I tipped & left. I’ll find some place else. This is not the place to just relax to get your hair done."
