"To say that this service team is comprised of rock stars would be an understatement. I want to call out Sue and Mark for turning around what was starting to be a dismal month for me. They get it right in terms of customer service, education, precision maintenance/repair EVERYTIME. I love consistency; which is why I buy Infiniti to begin with. Couple the awesome car with the awesome service department, and you will get a winning hand every time. I won't go into the detail of what led me to the service team to begin. It is a long and complicated story. That said, they had my long and complicated issue resolved in less than an hour....and, they didn't bend me over on the fees. When you do right by your customers, it does bring you good karma in the short and long run. Infiniti seems to understand this. I just wish everyone else did."
