"I called in advance to make my mother a hair appointment to surprise her for Mother’s Day, I spoke to a lady there over the phone and we went over details and time and she confirmed the appointment for May 7th at 11am and when my mother arrived for her appointment the place was full and they told my mom they wouldn’t be able to do her hair (even with appointment) and asked her if the would return the next day at 9am which she said was okay! I just got off my phone with my mom and she was extremely upset that the lady yet wasn’t there and she was waiting a little before the time she was suppose to be there to make sure she got her hair done. I believe 30minutes of waiting was more than enough, especially because they knew they couldn’t do her hair on her actual appointment… very unprofessional."

"When I called I asked if she was able to cut curly hair and I was told the price for a perm, misunderstanding. Arrived and she put her music on amd started cutting. I was getting a v cut. (the front sides left long) she almost cut the left side to short. I was able to stop her on that side, but I wasn'tnt so lucky on the other side. I feel if a salon messes up someones hair then client should ne able to give them the same."
