"I been going here since the 90’s They always do a great job, I just went there on 10/14/2023 and got my nails done with designs for Halloween with gel mood color. I’ve added pictures. I love the color and design."

"The wait wasn’t long and the staff was very friendly, but unfortunately I think my technician may have been in a rush. My nail lengths ended up being uneven, the shapes were inconsistent, and I ended up with a bit of a burn on my thumb. I don’t want to give this place a bad review, but I am guessing that the quality received depends on the day."

"Was amazing at first but the after math once my nails fell off was terrible they were on for 3 weeks and then once they came off all my nails were paper thin, red, and it hurts to put pressure on any of them not mention a chunk out of the middle of my nail completely peeled up and has skin showing underneath. Cant remember who did my nails but he did a terrible job. Ive had my nails done multiple times in the past and ive never had this happen. Definitely wont be going back."

"My artist and I had a miscommunication resulting in the image shared.I went in for a french tip design and half of my nail is covered in color… The color picked out was also supposed to look light blue but ended up being this brownish color. The artist did say the color would look different but didn’t describe how drastic the change would be. If it is known that the color swatch stick isn’t accurate you all should replace it with an accurate swatch or show clients a picture. Unsatisfied with the results I called the salon to share my concerns and was met with finger pointing and mention of camera evidence. The artist scolded me and said I didn’t listen and I need to just listen to them. However the issue here wasn’t my listening skills but the lack of detail shared on the final look. I hope the artists communicate more clearly in the future. When i asked how to rectify the situation my only option was to have my nails redone for full price. I hope this company learns how to properly handle negative customer experience because I simply called the salon to find a solution not to pick fights. I dont have time to fight nail salons and my nails would still look crazy anyway. Now I have to spend extra money to get these removed or fixed somwhere else."
