"My grandfather hit a deer around the 29th of December, and I chose touch n go because of the rave reviews here at Google and it was 5minutes away form my home.. We finally got the car today 13th of March.. Long time...They are nice, they know their facts, and mostly what's going on in the store... They did mention that they were quite busy that would take longer than a month to get to his car, I still stuck with them because it was my first time handling this kind of situation, my grandfather is over 80.. He was asking me how the car is, because his birthday was on the 16th of February, we called for an update and there were some communication issues with the collision center and the insurance company, so they didn't even start on the car, but ordered parts.. Two weeks later, we found out that they had to order more parts for the car, and it might be ready around the first week of March... It wasn't ready until March 13th.. I was asking around my friends and co workers if fixing a car should take 2months or so, and what they say it shouldn't take that long... I didn't know how many parts of the car needed replacement, because I didn't know how bad the wreck was.. Until the tech took us to his car and double check on what they replaced, it was over 90 parts! I have no problem with the people there, when I saw the result, awesome. One of the guys there gave me 150 off of my deductible, and only paid 350 and life time warranty on any parts they replaced... I think they gave me that discount because they felt bad it took that long... It's just I lost so much money on the rented car, uber, rise of the heating electric bills because of the winter season, car bill payment. I'm not a confrontational person and I just don't like getting in people's way, it's winter time and I'll be the patient one... but one Iesson I learned from this situation, keep posted on the car at least once a week, because in the end, it's YOUR car, YOUR money. I'm still going back to them because I didn't feel I was being walked over, they do care..."
"Just got my car back and let me tell you... My expectations weren't exceeded THEY WERE BLOWN AWAY. everyone who works here is so kind, gracious, understanding, patient, PROFESSIONAL, AND EFFICIENT I will never go anywhere else. I came in from a hit and run in a parking lot. I ended up needing a new bumper and headlights (and paint for the bumper) I decided to get extra things done like take care of the rust on my hood, little touchups here and there and get my frame rails and door jams sprayed with rust inhibitor/sealer wax. These people did all these things but they made my car look better than the day I bought it! (2011 mustang purchased in 2013 with 42k miles and no flaws or issues) Chris the owner was working after hours to get my car done. He was sitting there by hand waxing and buffing my car. He was putting last min touchups and informed me he not only did the frame rails and door jams with the rust inhibitor but he went ahead and sealed the entire hood and did the trunk lid!!! He then proceeded to go back to the taillights and was buffing out a scuff that I've never been able to get out. HE MADE IT LOOK LIKE NEW! while he was doing this I opened the driver door to check the odometer reading. (I have a history of finding shops that haven't treated me well and joy ridden my car) I immediately noticed my interior was spotless. THEY DETAILED MY ENTIRE INTERIOR. at this point I'm so blown away I look at my odometer and my car moved 0.2 miles. I couldn't stop smiling. The owner... The owner who runs a business who is booked 1-2 months out , who handles all customers concerns, insurance issues, logistics with parts etc, making his employees happy, paying his bills to run his business and pay his people is going this far to buff my car and literally make it but even better than before the accident but better than the day I bought it?! I can't write enough about this shop... If I could rate 1000 stars I would. To anyone reading this don't go anywhere else! You won't be disappointed and you won't get this kind of treatment anywhere else! To anyone who works here thank you so much for all your help. And to Chris.. thank you so very much sir! You were literally a blessing to me for all that you did. Rest assured your shop is the only place my vehicles will be going to. Thank you again! P.s. The picture of the orange is the wax behind the hood latch that has been sprayed all inside the panels of the hood. Truly amazing experience"
