And simultaneously, I felt very comfortable and she went above and beyond to ensure the cut I was looking for was accomplished, even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted! I felt like I could relax when she was cutting my hair, no rookie vibes that's for sure. The shampoo and head massage was divine, she has strong hands, but I didn't mind.
