"Excellent service at Tom Wood VW! I was in Indianapolis from out of state and experienced engine issues - drove up to the service department without an appointment and was assisted immediately. They looked over my car, fixed the issue and I was on my way within 20 minutes. I am very grateful for the prompt and friendly service I received. By far the best vehicle service department experience I’ve ever had! Thank you Tom Wood VW!!!"

"We were first time customers to Tom Wood VW this week with an absolutely horrible experience and disrespectful customer service. We were not warned verbally and it was just discreetly place in a text. They do work based off time and mileage only!! They do not perform work out of necessity! Then, upon speaking with Larry, Service Manager, he was very disrespectful over the phone, but then in person he offered an apology. I wonder, maybe it had something to do with my hidden racism and prejudice based off our Hispanic last name. Que horrible! Que lástima! We do not plan on returning, so they lost two VW customers and Tom Wood customers!"

"I waited 4 hours for a simple oil change which I had a scheduled an appt for ahead of time. The service advisor told me it would take approx. 1.5 hours to complete. After waiting for 3 hours, I asked if there was a new ETA. She told me the oil cap was misshaped (not a real thing, oil cap can only be stripped) and that oil had spilled all over the undercarriage of my car. She said it would be 20 more minutes, but it took an additional 40+ minutes by time everything was said and done. They offered me service points toward my NEXT visit for the inconvenience. I declined the service points as I will not be returning. No apology was ever given. No recovery (% off my services) was offered for this particular service."

"The staff who took care of me was excellent and I didn’t have to wait long for my oil change. Exceptional service. I felt like they went above and beyond by squeezing me in (since my original appointment that I made was scheduled at a different location) and ran my car through the car wash. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I prefer taking my car here for any service. Great, friendly service."
