"Had gel manicures and pedicures a few times. I have been unhappy because the nail tech seemed unsure of what they were doing and took a very very long time (not in a good way). The polish was unevenly applied and it was visibly noticeable when finished. Also, the polish was way too far from the cuticle, looked like I had 2 weeks growth. I get really tired of the techs acting like needing a quality service is asking too much. I probably won’t be back. I’ve tried several times to give them a fair chance."

"This had been my go to nail salon but not after today. My cuticles are bleeding and my nails cut and filed completely down. A standard pedicure and manicure took almost 3 hours until finally one of the other manicurist stepped in to correct."

"So I have been to a few different salons in the area, and this is by far my go to place. My husband even got a pedicure and loved it! They are always super friendly and have lots of colors to choose from. Chi and the other ladies always do a great job and know exactly how to make my nails look amazing. I would highly recommend this salon."

"Took my girlfriend to get her nails done here, generally she attends another nail salon but a friend of hers reccomended this one. Well we gave it a go. Let me tell you it was not a good experience whatsoever, i generally wait half an hour to an hour for her nails to be finished, i ended up waiting 2 hours, no big deal, but twice as long? They looked good dont get me wrong but no more or less than the other salon we go to. After all is said and done, its time to pay, the total was 70, she got a discount for 60, but then expected tip, which is ridiculous. Her friend got the same thing and payed $45, so i dont understand why she was charged almost 30 dollars more. Needless to say we will not be visiting again, and i recommend you dont either!"

"Went to get a mani before having baby. My technician was super unprofessional and did a sloppy rushed job, had her AirPods in the whole time and was just talking on her phone the entire time. Didn’t scrape back my cuticles or do a manicure…just started dipping. It looked horrible and was not relaxing at all. It was $50+ and after all that she had the audacity to put her hand out and told me I needed to tip her. Luckily my aunt spoiled me and took me somewhere else and I got them fixed. I would not recommend wish I knew her name cuz I’m sure there are other technicians who are good but mine was not a good experience."
