Noble West Nails

"I’m giving Noble West Nails 2 stars because of Sophie and Sofia. They are amazing! My main complaint is the owner harassing people for cash, when they attempt to pay with credit. I have seen her refuse multiple people, including myself, when they try to pay with a card. She tells you to come back with the cash later. To me, that seems like a very shady way of doing business. After she refused to take my credit card for a pedicure, I left for TN over the summer. She started harassing my mother for the money while I was out of town. She has since been paid, but this business model seems slightly underhanded to me and I have since found another reputable nail salon who happily accepts any form of payment."

"I had a French manicure no chip done last week. Within 24 hours two of my nails chipped. Now most of the nails are coming apart. Not only that, but I haven’t been in a salon that was as dirty as this one ever. None of the station was clean; plus there was a nail dust everywhere which has definitely been there for days and days; and I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there."

"My (so called builder gel nails) fell apart within a day. They literally were crumbling, breaking and lifting within 24 hours. I asked specifically for IBD builder gel to be used and was assured they use it and know how to apply it. When used correctly, this is a fantastic product. Much better than acrylics. It doesn't break or fall apart. You can go weeks without a fill and there's no breakage. While the product they used was in an IBD bottle, I could tell the way it was beeng applied the nail tech did not know what she was doing. You only need one coat of the builder gel, but it must be applied smoothly and correctly. She applied several coats and then took the grinder to the nails to smooth them out. That's okay with acrylics but not builder gels. I believe grinding the product broke it down so it fell apart. They charged me 67-dollars for (a fill) which should only be about 40. If it was done correctly I wouldn't even complain about being OVERCHARGED - I would like my money $67 back plus the $15 tip. If you go there, don't use their (so called builder gel) and maybe you'll have better luck."

"I’ve been coming here regularly for the last couple of years. I won’t go elsewhere. Regardless of the nail tech, they always do an amazing job and can always get me in for appointments. It’s evident why they are always so busy. Nicki, the owner, treats you like a friend rather than just a customer."

"Owner was VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not recommend this nail salon. There are much nicer nail salon owners like at royal nails in fishers (not sponsored, just nicer customer service). If you do your own nails at home, and then come to get them done at noble west, the owner will threaten to refuse business if you do them by yourself again. Terrible service and I have never been to a place that has the audacity to act this way."
