"The service person who helped me, Gary, quickly greeted me with an offer of bottled water and a Reese’s cup. Very cool but I declined. There was no wait, he guided me into service bay, got the necessary info and explained the oil change options. He also made recommendations and I chose to change the air filter as well. The service was quick and the team were very thorough and professional. Last, but not least, the discount coupon for military service is very much appreciated. I will definitely be a repeat customer. "This place is the REAL DEAL. I stopped in yesterday to get my oil changed. This was my first time ever visiting Take 5. I got there and they had me in a bay in less than 2 minutes. They wasted no time getting started and they let me know exactly what was happening during the service. It was clear that they followed their safety protocols; as they were loudly communicating to one another what was happening above and below the bay. The mechanic who was talking to me let me know my engine air filter was dirty and, without being pushy, offered the replacement for about $30. At the end of the service, Tom went over everything with me and made sure I had a great experience. These guys are knowledgeable, fast, friendly, and deserve some sort of acknowledgement, hopefully in monetary form. I will be returning to this location for future oil changes."
