"I had another dentist tell me in 2003 that I needed a tooth crowned. At the same time Southport dental said I didn't need to crown it at that time. It is now 2024 and Southport dental just told me I needed that crown. These people are the best and give you the truth."

"Never have I ever had a bad experience. I’ve been with Dr. Mills for over 15 years and he has saved me from my fear of the dentist. He’s gentle and kind, never too aggressive. He’s patient with me and my anxiety. Im ALOT to deal with as a patient and they have never made me feel unheard or like it’s about money. So I’m confused on those reviews. There’s been many times where Dr. Mills will monitor things instead of just filing it with insurance to make a bag. He’s definitely thorough and would obviously never just say he’s monitoring something to just not deal with it. So don’t even go there. He does what needs to be done. The office is clean and the staff are always kind. He will forever be our family dentist. I recommend him to all of my family and friends and I’m sorry y’all that’s probably why his schedules so booked. Lol there’s a lot of us!!! He has fixed so many problems in alot of us that other dentists jacked up. So let that sink in. He’s the GOAT. Period."

"I was a patient here for 20 years, since I was 12. Always had been professional and understanding. My father in law passed away unexpectedly and they called to remind me of my appointment. I had forgotten in the whirlwind of things and had to reschedule because my appointment was the day of and during the funeral. When I explained why I'd have to reschedule the woman asked me if I was sure I wanted to do that considering it would be 8 months before I could get in again. Are you kidding me? My father in law passed. It was insensitive. My son and I have since moved on to another dentist."

"Literally the best Dentist office I ever been to! I had a lot of work to get done from over the years of going to the wrong places and Dr. Mills and his team has done a phenomenal job and my teeth now look so amazing! This place makes you feel at home and takes care of all of your dental needs. Everyone is so absolutely amazing, nice, and very respectful! My family is so honored to have such a GREAT dental team! "Unfortunately the past two visits have been quite unfortunate to say the least. Both visits I've had abnormally long wait times due to a high volume of patients. This isn't just a normal volume it's over booked. period. It's quite obvious Dr. Mills is attempting to cash out at everyone else's expense. The Main lobby was absolutely filthy on my second visit( I came in as soon as the practice opened.) It was apparent that the lobby hadn't been cleaned in at least a day and a half or two days. Piles of salt had collected in every corner of the lobby. Upon visiting the bathroom I found the receptacle hadn't been handle in quite some time either as the paper towel was overflowing. Last but not least I was quite offended at the changing table offered in Dr. Mills family restroom as it didn't have and straps to harness the baby to the changing table. Huh? Not very safe Dr. Mills. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values their time or has a tight schedule. Please feel free to check out the pictures I have posted here for your convenience. To Dr. Mills you can do better... We know you are making a killing with money by cramming people into your office and quickly doing patch work from one patient to the next. Try and have your office staff who spend more time in the back then at the front desk do some cleaning. Maybe update the chairs in the main lobby. Thanks SomeoneYouKnow"
