"The absolute worst customer service and over inflated price ever. Is there such a thing as 0000 stars. that’s what they would get. I ended up paying the 45$ diagnostic fee bc they need it to eat. had my car taken there bc it broke down on the highway, they called me to give me the estimate to repair the vehicle before I even had a chance to discuss or authorize anything. Called them back to give them the job and they never responded but as soon as i wanted to take my car somewhere else where they actually called me to charge me for diagnostics, now all of a sudden they wanna call me up to collect me and be rude to me. No I am not paying mam for nothing."

"Has anyone ever sued this company? They told me my thermostat needed to be replaced the cost $728, I picked up my car, drove it to work it was still leaking antifreeze and smoking took it back to them now they are telling me I need a whole new engine $3400. I will be going to small claims court in the morning."

"I want to be honest yes they did fix something but they didn't fix the right things in my car that needed fixed and then charged me a higher amount of money to get it done and they didn't even fix the problem and they're not willing to work something out with me to face the bigger problem because they are looking at they fix the problem they wanted to fix on my car and not the problem that needed fixed on the car. Now I'm looking at the only car I got basically gone and I use my car for a career"
