"If I could rate it a zero star I would! I came to the shop.. there was literally not 1 customer and 2 nail techs. The very RUDE lady informed me that they only accept appointments. But I had called 3 times within a couple hours.. to try to set an appointment. And NOBODY answered the phone! So how can you make an appointment if you're not answering the phone!? This is the absolute worst customer service and I'm happy I didn't get my nails done by them.. they are probably just as terrible at doing nails as they are at customer service."

"I would give it a zero if I could, I just had a horrible experience with the woman tech. Literally argued with me the entire time. I went there to get away from my baby and have some me time and there was their baby crying the entire time. Not only did I get berated by the woman I had to deal with a screaming baby AND had to pay higher prices than any where else..... so much for this mamas stress relief"

"Walked in at noon on a Friday and they only had ONE nail tech who didn't even bother to look up and acknowledge me or my daughter upon arrival. Other guests had to inform of sign in procedures and tell me no one else was workinh. Absolutely distasteful and unprofessional!!"
