"I am 65 years old. I had an appointment for 11 am I checked in? The receptionist was very rude. I’ve been on my job for 32 years and I have dental insurance. I also was one of Dr. Alex first patient when he was on Keystone Avenue 62nd St. they have my old records, but the receptionist couldn’t find my dental insurance, I called my HR and he said yes you have dental insurance with Delta. I gave her all the information and she still gave me a hard time saying she couldn’t find it. And that she wasn’t going to let me see the doctor. I explain to her that my HR pulled it up that I had insurance, and that all she had to do was take my Social Security number and give it to Delta. She was so rude. I just took my paperwork and walked out. She was so rude."

"Dr. Mishel and his staff are very attentive, gentle and skilled in their dental services. They are also very efficient with their time and can get you in and out fairly quickly for routine visits. I would highly recommend them."

"I have been going to Dr. Mistel, for over 17 years. At that time the office was at 6100 N Keystone. Now my husband and Grandson goes there. I have been so pleased with he’s work the staff . Now Mr Kruse is in the office which both Mistel an Kruse are the best. The place is very clean during covid I never worried about going to my appointments. A lot of business don’t put back in there business. Theses two men put back in there business they have so much up to date dentistry equipment that helps the patient and the staff. Everyone is so polite if you’re looking for dentist you can’t go wrong going here. On one of my visits I seen Dr Kruse an the staff run outdoors I didn’t know what was going on. They came back in the building they brought two elderly people in , they went out to help them in the building. I can remember when I first started with Dr Mistel, I was in so much pain over the weekend I called the dentist office I was able to reach him ( let me tell you my dentist God Bless him he made sure I didn’t stay in pain. He took the time to have me come in and he order me some medicine that took care of my tooth pain. That was about 12 years ago. I’m still with Mistel/Kruse. If you want to be treated like royalty go to there office ."

The dentist was able to identify the issue, get me medication to help with the issue, and scheduled me next day with a specialist for the root canal I needed. No more pain within 24 hours of my visit, pleased"

"I only just had 1 brief appointment so I can't speak from a lot of experience here, but my first impression was very good. Nice, modern facility, friendly staff including Dr Mishel, but my biggest compliment was that it was all very quick and didn't involve hardly any waiting around. Usually my biggest complaint with any medical type of office. Would recommend."
