"So Happy this location has reopened!.."

"I came in around 330pm today and was I. The chair for about 45 minutes. (Please understand my hair was to the middle of my back and is very very thick!) There was one employee due to staffing issues and limited hours. Man was she attentive to my hair. I asked for shoulder length with layers and to get my hair thinned out as much as humanly possible as i have very very thick hair. She went above and beyond compaired to previous experiances at a greatclips- making sure I was comfortable with how everything was turning out. I would definitely recommend her! I only wish I caught her name! Thank you so so much!"

"I'm a regular Great Clips customer. Unfortunately, service has been poor during my last 2-3 visits. Today, I attempted to get a haircut at the Nora Plaza shopping center on E. 86th St and 8840 Michigan Rd locations. Prior to arrival, I Checked-in online. I had a 5 minute wait and a 2 minute wait at each location. At both locations, I waited between 15 to 30 minutes. There was only one staff member at each location. Unfortunately, I had to return to work without receiving service. I suggest you call ahead a ensure there's additional staff to serve you within a reasonable time frame. No additional staff was available nor did a staff member show up during my waiting. Those Wait time indicated during Online Check-in are grossly inaccurate."

"After the closing of a another location I was forced to come here. I practically heard a sigh when I walked through the door as the only customer. After the stylist finally got up from her phone she was not eager to help me. My haircut data seemed to got lost in the transition and my hair stylist was unwilling to look for it. During the haircut she was hasty and when I asked her to take 2 inches off and see how it looks she responded “I’m not going to cut it a million times”. I was the only customer in the store. After that she took 4 off with little hesitation. Overall a very rude and sad experience. On multiple occasions my haircut was noticed for its sloppiness and I eventually had to go somewhere else to get it redone. Would not recommend this store."

"I usually have exceptional service at this particular shop. Two rude women complained about me taking someone else's spot on the order list (who came in half way through my 5 minute hair cut). I didn't tip the woman who was inconvenienced to give me a 5 minute buzz cut because she and the other woman there got upset with me. If they are still there when I return for another hair cut, I will turn around and go to the Great Clips that is a mile down the road."
