About Us
Kokomo Endodontics is a specialized dental institution located at 112 East Alto Road in Kokomo, Indiana. Our team of highly skilled endodontists, Dr. Brian Tate, Dr. Michael Aslin, and Dr. Blake Prather, have over 50 years of combined experience in performing complex endodontic procedures. We are dedicated to providing efficient, precise, and comfortable treatment using state-of-the-art technology such as operating microscopes, CBCT imaging, and ultrasonic instrumentation.
Dr. Tate, Dr. Aslin, and Dr. Prather have all completed advanced training in endodontics and are committed to helping patients maintain their natural smiles. Dr. Tate, a Kokomo native, has a background in hospital dentistry and has taught at Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Aslin, a Valparaiso native, served in the US Air Force before specializing in endodontics. Dr. Prather, also a Kokomo native, is a third-generation Hoosier graduate and a board-certified specialist in endodontics.
Outside of the office, our endodontists enjoy various hobbies such as boating, traveling, golfing, attending sports games, and spending time with their families. We are dedicated to providing positive experiences for our patients and ensuring successful procedures.
