"I literally keep telling myself to stop going there, but they are literally two minutes from my house, and the location is convenient and I regret it every single time. I had acrylic nails, I was always going back, having to get one repaired, multiple times. After two fillings, they told me I needed a new set. A full set should last at least three months. I’ve had some type of fungus underneath where water got inside. Their color selection is not good. They didn’t even have the color navy. And their charges are outrageous. $20 just to have my toes painted without gel."

"I’ve had my eyebrows waxed here before with a good experience so I had high hopes for this place, but wow. Where do I start? My daughter had never had her nails done before and asked for a manicure and some polish. I hadn’t had a manicure in a long time myself and we decided to stop in at Hawaii Nails on our way back from picking my son up from college in Franklin. The staff were friendly, however we were rushed to pick out polish and had two of the most rushed manicures I’ve ever had. Luckily, my daughter’s nails are beautiful and she wasn’t hurt during the process - I guess the one star is for that. When I left, three of my fingers were bleeding. The guy who did my nails rushed through the entire thing, cutting my cuticles so short that blood was running down my nail as he was trying to paint them. He was unable to get two fingers to stop bleeding, so he packed the cuticle wounds with gel polish and set it to dry, blood smeared through the polish and all. As a college student and full time employee, I spend most of my days typing on a computer, so I was most looking forward to the hand massage that’s included! What a joke that was! He put lotion on the top of my hand and arms and aggressively rubbed it in as my arm slid all over the table from the lotion on the table, for maybe 30 seconds. Then, he told me to go wash my hands. Once finished, I noticed polish all over the skin around my nails and asked the woman who did my daughter’s nails if she could clean it up, because the man who did my nails had already run off. She began using her fingernail to scratch the polish off of my sore and bloody fingers. I asked that she stop and I would clean them with polish remover when I got home, and what a treat that was with three open wounds! They offered no discounts and I paid $60 and left. We will never be back. I have a research proposal due today and am thoroughly looking forward to typing on these bloody stubs! Lol My hands are so sore. I’ve said that at least a dozen times already this morning. Never again."

"I am from Miami so this nail place was very different to me. Appointments are recommended. I tried to walk in but there was a wait as they had appointments set up and there were only 3 people working. I got my eye brows done. The lady did an amazing job. She asked and suggested accordingly. The place came off a little old not fully organized."
