"I enjoyed the first time that I went, Olivia was great at first but then she left some chemical on my hair for like an hour and ended up frying it! And she was talking on her phone and kept not being very attentive...to her CLIENT! When she fried my hair it was like an "Oopsie" and she didn't do much to try and fix the damage she caused not to mention she started leaving me on read when I'd try to set up appointments.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"

"HIGHLY recommend this place, especially hailyn! I’m very iffy about trusting people with my hair, and I’m SO happy I put my faith with hailyn because she did the dang thing ❤️. Hailyn has made me feel so welcomed, cared for, and much more. I had made a mistake with my hair and caused some tension bumps and she has been SO attentive, checking in with me on her own time, and helping me correct it. I will never go to anyone else, and can’t wait to bring my son for a hair cut."
