"Only reason I wont give 5 stars is that the manager is rude. Other girls there are friendly though and they always do a great job!"

"I usually have a fine experience here. They usually do a good job. But I had an absolutely horrible experience there today. The woman who went to cut my hair was literally ripping through it with a comb to the point where I could hear it break and i was in pain. I told her to stop bc she was hurting me. I preceding to comb my own hair perfectly fine and she got mad and said she "has a soft touch" and that my hair was tangled. I could run my fingers through it. It was not tangled at all. Her aggression was not needed. Not to mention, she was rude off the bat, barely acknowledging me and giving me dirty looks. I walked out without even getting my haircut because I couldn't stand how aggressive and rude she was. I work in customer service myself so I'm very understanding, but she was awful at her job, rude as can be, and actually caused me physical pain. Very unlikely that I will be returning if that woman is still there"
