"Love Chloe! This was my first experience at this particular salon and I was very at ease with the vibe. Felt inclusive and judgment free and very friendly as a space. Chloe was very perceptive and understanding of what I was looking for, and made sure to double check with me every step of the way during my cut (I hadn’t had one in over 4 years, so I was nervous at the consultation!). I’m in love with how my hair turned out! It is exactly what I was angling for. Chloe is very easy to chat with and takes pauses in conversation in stride easily, too. I never felt awkward or uncomfortable and I am a person whose default settings is both of those things. So, thanks Chloe and thanks Voom Room for finding me my new stylist :) I’m looking forward to working with them in the future and maybe even going for more edgy looks and colors… potentially! She was really thoughtful and considerate (asked if we would prefer for her to wear a mask). She took her time with him as he showed her his hair inspiration pictures and she made sure she had a good all-around understanding of his vision. He came away from his hair cut so immensely happy and lit up like a light bulb, and also with some good styling tips from Kelly!
