"I can not say enough about the care Caliber Collision provided for me while my vehicle was being repaired. Greg and Mary are Stellar at customer service. While my vehicle was being repaired I went out of town with my mother and during that time my mother unexpectedly went to the hospital and eventually passed away. I was out of town for almost 2 months. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this company and Greg and Mary who took great care of me and my vehicle and decreased the stress that could have been the result of them not being able to store my vehicle. I also had a rental car at the same time at the airport while my mother was in the hospital. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for body repairs which is why my vehicle was in the shop. Thank you again to Greg and Mary for all you do for your customers, but specifically for me. "Very rude, bordering on obnoxious. very unprofessional. My 2 week old tesla model 3 was rearended. They said they could repair and repaint the bumper. When they called to tell us it was ready much sooner than expected we drove the 150 miles one way to be horribly disappointed. It was not the same color as the rest of the car. You could see where the repairs were made. Bubbles in the paint. Places on the edge not painted and they had scratched the bumper 6 inches long after they painted it. They said they would redo it. Second time they didn't bother to go out to look at it. The color was closer but was more maroon than red . And he said they had to buff out a few places so i had to wait another day to pick it up. I dont know what they buffed it with but they scratched the brand new ceramic coating so bad the entire car has to be receramiced. And now we have to find someone else to do the work or just buy a prepainted bumper that matches. They had a million excuses why it didnt match. It matched when i dropped it off. The car was 2 weeks old and i had only driven it for one week before i was hit. This was the worst experience i have ever had. And im still dealing with it. Tesla certified..hmmm"

"Super friendly, efficient and professional service. Very accommodating and I felt that my car was in great hands! They were done a week early and stayed late so I could pick it up after work which was so appreciated! I also wasn’t expecting it to be so clean. It was like getting a new car again!"

"I am giving 5 stars because I was completely surprised when I got my vehicle back. Not because I’m impressed with the results of the time it took or their finished work because I am very happy with the results. The reason for my 5 stars is because when I got my vehicle back the whole inside had been cleaned. The other reason for my 5 stars is because I wouldn’t have been able to get my truck back the day it was finished due to the time they closed, my work schedule and transportation issues. Cara stayed 25 minutes after closing to ensure that I got my vehicle back. To add to the second to none customer service I had received, the results of the repairs were also excellent. I would recommend to anyone that needs body work on their vehicle."
