"As a brand new patient I showed up with a massive toothache. Not only did they get me seen the same day of my call, they promptly assessed my issue, came up with multiple treatment options and the associated costs. I did not feel pressured to pick any particular option….. the dentist performed the treatment I selected promptly and efficiently. I was advised that I could have significant pain later in the day when the numbing agent wore off and to call if that was the case. That in fact did happen, the dentist office had me come back in, reaccessed my issue and came up with a treatment plan that made my life much more comfortable.
