"I had to change dentist because of insurance coverage. Greenwood Family Dentistry was recommended to me. I'm glad I made the call. I was calling to set up a future cleaning appointment and they were able to get me in next day. The entire staff were very friendly and talked to you as if they had known you for a long time. From scans and x-rays they noticed a few things that need to be taken care of right away. I was expecting to have to make an appointment for this. To my surprise they said if I wanted to get started they could do it that same day. I have found a new home. If you are looking for a new dentist I would recommend Greenwood Family Dentistry."

"Professional, timely., friendly. For those of you, maybe like me who put off going to the dentist, knowing you will be shamed....this office is the total opposite!! They do not say or make you feel uncomfortable or bad for not keeping up on your dental hygiene. Plus they have all this new equipment that makes everything so much better. Love this place. ❤️ If you are looking for a family feel dentist office, check them out!!!!"

"The staff is extremely friendly, but the best part is that I *never* wait. I show up 5 minutes before my scheduled time, and go right in *every* single time. I used to dread going to the dentist because of the long waits. I actually look forward to visiting the dentist now!"

"Don't know if I have dry socket or an infection. Going on 2 days of severe pain after tooth extraction, went in for a follow up to check and they told me my dentist was off today. She asked the other dentist to look and they told her I'd have to wait till my dentist was back in the office. Didn't feel that i was important to them. Still in shock at how the situation was handled, especially after paying over 400 dollars for an extraction up front. My dentist that did the extraction was amazing Dr. Curtus he gets 5 stars all day."

"I was a new patient at this particular Dentist office. to start off. I sent the receptionist my insurance card two days prior. She never checked if my deductible had been met or if the care was covered. The dental assistant took about 40 minutes taking images of my teeth, that ended up costing 300$ that I did not ask for (3d view). I understand that the regular views are required x-ray as a new patient. But they started taking pics with a 3d machine I didn't ask for. I came in for a basic cleaning, which is a hundred percent covered under my insurance. Once the doctor came in and started to examine my teeth. It all went down hill from there. He asked the assistant what I was therefore and was surprised when she said that I was there for a basic cleaning. After a while, I was also confused as to what I was sitting there for. I initially I just came in for a cleaning. I ended up refusing the cleaning because the doc said my tooth that has no pain needed to be pulled and I didn't know if it could be saved. Then I looked at the quote that the lady sent me home with and It was completely different from what happened at the actual dentist's office. On the billing statement I was charged twice for the same procedures. And then she printed me off a new copy. And she removed some of the charges for the same work. It just makes me very weary of what this office's goal was. I made it very clear when I called the first receptionist that I did not want to get work if my insurance was not going to pay for it. And they kept saying that they had put my insurance information and I was good to go."
