"I'm putting this review up only because the manager sent a request as a plea to get more reviews. I wasn't planning on putting this out there. FYI First the good... The service was FAST. I was only there about 10-12 minutes and there was no other customers so the experience was indeed Jiffy. I didn't sense that the main greeter was all that happy that day when first greeted, though I might have been arriving at a time when they needed a break. They were much nicer later. The main issue I had with the visit was that for an oil change and a cabin filter, I walked out paying over 200 bucks. The filter was 49.99. If you look online, good ones are less than 20 dollars. The convenience of someone else doing the overall job for me was nice, but DEFINITELY not worth over 200 bucks. I was expecting more around maybe 140 WITH the cost of the filter. so I will be doing my own oil changes going forward."

"Not good. I just had my truck detailed. Went to get the oil changed afterwards. The tech was apparently angry that he had to remove my skid plate to access the oil filter. He threw the filter and oil splashed on my truck. Very little effort to wipe it off. No apologies from anyone."
