Last treatment I don’t believe they actually did the diamond gloss that i paid for, pretty sure it was only waxed. The rear of my car looks like it has never received any treatment at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Counter guy seemed shady and others working there as well."

"Ordered a Ranch truck cap through this Ziebart location with a cross arm rack installed on the top. Poor quality control on ranch and ziebart end. Scuff mark's where every screw was done for the rack. 3 months and multiple phone calls and stops at their shop and they have still not done anything to fix the problem. Not even a paint pen to fix where they scratched the black off with the chuck. Had plans for a lot more work through these guys but will be taking my business elsewhere and recommending others to do the same. Poor customer service."
