"The service was rushed, my hand “massage” was MAYBE a minute, and my cuticles were clipped and bleeding on two nails. She didn’t even acknowledge what she did. Just painted right over the blood. My nails also weren’t shaped the way I asked. I still tipped but I won’t be back."

"The nail tech that I had, did a good massage and fair polish job. The nail tech that worked on my friend talked on the phone most of the session, very loudly. My nail tech asked her to turn the volume on her phone down. During her phone conversation she cut my friend with the clippers and never stopped talking on the phone nor did she apologize. This was not the relaxing pedi experience that we were hoping for. We will not be returning to this business."
