"Horrible pedicure. Unrelaxing. Rushed so quickly through my service. Did a horrible job trimming my cuticles and barely Exfoliated my feet. Over priced and bad quality. This is my second time giving this place a try, i didnt think it could get worse. I was wrong. Will not be back."
"My nail tech Lisa was great! It was my first visit here but definitely won’t be my last. The salon was very clean and everyone was so polite. My nails look beautiful. Highly recommend!"
"Cosmo nails is my favorite nail salon in the area! I go to any available tech because they are all so wonderful! They are personable, consistent, and always make it a fun experience full of laughs!"
"I love the location and look of this nail spot. I saw all good reviews when I checked, so I made an appointment for dip nails with tips added. I was early and then had to wait a bit for someone to take me. They apologized and I was really totally fine with it. Then the lady doing my nails was switching between me and another client sitting next to me as well as answering the phone when needed. Not ideal, but I didn’t really care too much other than it making my nails ultimately take longer. She finished my dip and told me to sit for them to try. A little later a woman I hadn’t seen up until then walked up and put cuticle oil on my nails and told me to go wash them. So I did. As I walked away from the sink, weird white spots popped up all over my nails. It was so weird! The lady who did my nails was in the back talking with the other ladies as the salon had slowed down a bit, so I showed the guy at the checkout. He told me the lady had me wash my hands too early. So I had to sit back down and he used the electric tool to drill three of my nails back down and then put new topping on it and had me sit longer. Overall the service was very long between the initial wait even with an appointment, her doing my nails while also doing someone else’s, then having to fix them. One of the nails wasn’t fixed and had a dent at the top of the nail, but I didn’t catch that until I left. When I got home and looked at my nails with the sun shining on them I also saw that all three fingers that had been fixed, as well as some that had been fine, had all of these super fine cracks under the surface. I have no idea why they looked like this but I didn’t have time to go back. Busy mom life.. it just didn’t happen. Then the end of one thumb got all weird without anything happening to my thumb. And there’s all these little dings and dents in my nails from everyday life. It’s just been super weird results for a dip and tip. I’ve never had this happen before. I wish I’d taken pictures right after, but took some today 1.5 weeks out. On top of the weird cracking, multiple nails have really weird shaping to them (you can see my pinky in the pics specifically) because she was working so so quickly to get back to the other client. It felt rushed, yet took so long to get in and out. If you go to the google reviews and sort them by negative reviews, you’ll see there have been others like me who have had very rushed services. For $65 nails plus a good tip (I still tipped very well!) I expect much better."
"I have been to this salon many times but took a break because of inflation. The owners are fabulous and everyone I had seen was fantastic there in the past. Today was not the case. I did a gel polish toe color change and she agreed to remove my ingrown nail on the toe without the pedicure. We are off to a good start. Then she files with a thick file and cuts me on my right foot in two places. I was bleeding and told her that she cut me. She didn’t say sorry and just kept telling me it was my ingrown, which was not the case. I also asked for a simple flower and got a different design. The issue for me also is that after a gel toe paint, I am used to technicians removing some extra clear coat or polish from the toe with the cuticle cutters, but she was taking skin off with it. And usually, they use a small thin file after it dries. I had to ask her to file them and then she used the thick file again that cut me. I will have to find another place to go when I “splurge.”"
