"Most of the time I go there I have a positive experience. They are competent, affordable, and kind. I had a negative experience with one worker though. She went on over 4 times that my nails are too long. If she really wanted to be rude and do that, saying it once would have been enough. In general I recommend them though."

"My experience was excellent today! I saw Kevin for a manicure (dip with tips) and he did a fantastic job. The shaping (coffin/ ballerina) was spot on and i am in love with my nails! Highly recommend Kevin and this nail spa, you can’t beat the prices and the quality is 10/10!"
"I have visited this location in the past and had a decent experience. I hate the process of getting my nails done because although I give guidance in what shape I want, its never quite right. I also notice the imperfections that others may miss. I gave them 3 stars because they were very friendly. Even the nail tech I had was nice, but the issue started when she asked me to wash my hands and check the shape of my nails. I noticed an indentation in my right index finger and that some of my other nails were also uneven. And at first the tech disregarded what I said. After she put on the gel polish, the indentation in the acrylic was more prominent. She then had to file my nail down even more. She later apologized, but it frustrated me that she wouldn’t take heed to what I first stated.For the time being, I think I will just retire the acrylic nails for awhile until I can find a salon that actually listens to their customers and takes the time to look at the details. In her haste to rush me off, she also didn’t remove the polish off my fingers."
