"First time I went with my husband, we had an amazing warm pedicure and I got my nails done as well, second time, I brought both my daughters and we had pedicures. This was their first experience. It was horrible, we arrived early and that was fine, I wasn’t expected to be seen until my appt time, time passed and we finally made it to the chairs, the water wasn’t close to warm, I had to ask for hotter water, so that took more time for her to scoop the water out to add more hot water, we sat in the chairs for almost an hour before someone started on us, I’m sure our feet were wrinkling yo at that point, the tech said they were understaffed. I actually made my appt a week prior, and in my opinion they were all more interested in working on nails. When we were finally finished we were rushed out because of the time, they were closing, and were told everyone’s feet should be dry, and of course they weren’t. When we got home 2 of our toe nails were messed up. I am so disappointed with the service, that was ridiculous, I did call the shop to ask for the owner to let her know how her employees are running her business, and of course she was on vacation, however I don’t want anything fixed, I don’t want a refund. I just will not be returning, I will be taking my business elsewhere. There’s plenty of nail salons that would love and appreciate our business."

"I haven’t had my nails and feet done and months and Aya was amazingggggg literally brought tears to my eyes made me feel so wonderful in such a short period of time the atmosphere was wonderful the service was great she did a fantastic job on both my nails and feet I got the dipped nails for the first time and I can say she has changed my mind when it come to acrylic my feet needed services bad and she was so gentle and kind thank you so much I wish I could go on and on and I’m not even much of a tipper but I was very very much pleased with the service"

"I am never the complaining type!! But this one right here!! They wasn’t even busy ! I do not understand why my nails came out lumpy. One has a hair in my nail; made my cuticles bleed; applied the powered thick and uneven. I was trying to mention to the lady a couple times to fix a little error that I seen. She slapped my hand, twice. I should’ve have gotten up and left, right then! Telling me, “ No, this is how I like. “ should’ve just left.. disappointing!"
