"When I first started coming to PT Nails a few years ago, I had very weak nails that would tear and break before they had a chance to grow. I did gel manicures a few times, but the gel would begin cracking and chipping after just a few days. Then Tina recommended I try powder dip. The durability is incredible! I do a lot of work with my hands and my nails hardly ever show the wear. My manicure now lasts 3-4 weeks, so while dip more expensive than a gel manicure, it’s worth it to me for the extra time it lasts. Plus, there are lots of beautiful colors (solid and glitter) to choose from. The staff is always very friendly. The hours are also super convenient, so it’s easy to go after work, but they do get busy as the weekend gets closer. I try to go at off-peak times — Monday-Tuesday afternoons or early Saturday mornings — because I always have great experiences and the overall results are better when they’re able to take their time and not rush."
