"Was in a minor accident in early January that made the driver's door of my 2013 Camry unusable; insurance directed me to in-network repair shops, but most said I'd have to wait until March for repairs. Jake's Body Shop was also in-network and when I called, they were understanding and helpful, and said they could probably do the work much sooner. They ordered a replacement door asap, painted it to match the existing paint, tinted its window to match the existing tint on the other windows, and had everything completed in about three weeks. They kept me in the loop, were pleasant and professional to work with, and even aired up my tires when sub-zero temps meant that the low tire pressure indicator lit up the day I picked up the car. The car door looks and operates as if nothing ever happened to it. Thanks, Jake's!"

As someone who was reeling from her first car accident (a rear-ending which could have been much, much worse) and unwilling to file an insurance claim and see her premiums go up because the other driver left the scene, I turned to these guys to fix up my car. They were very kind and informative, and my car looks like nothing happened to it! In addition, even though I was paying out of pocket, I feel like I got my money's worth.
