"I bought my vehicle here as a brand new vehicle and they have definitely looked after me . The only problem I've ever had was when I had a transmission service and butt very long after I had to repeat the service because a sensor went bad . I didn't even have readings from that security until right after the service and then but very long after that I had to pay again . I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay do much again"

The manager offered to look at shakey brakes but said he wouldn't pay to repair them if there was something wrong....this is on a used car that has been sitting on their lot for a week. If there's an issue with the brakes before we buy it, those need to be repaired. The manager walked up and away from the conversation without saying thank you, have a good day, nothing, after we spent 4 hours there."
"I haven't to much to complain about. They have all the accomodations you need from a ride to a rental when needed, a nice reminder to let 6ou know when your ready for oil change. And offer a free carwash and roadside for 30 days after they work on it. Super great bunch."
"Went in for free oil change and tire rotation even though I bought my 2013 Ford F-150 STX from Greg Hubler Ford in Muncie they allowed me to get my free services here. Dave Miller and the service crew were awesome!! One of my tires had a slow leak and required a Ford exclusive valve stem and they went to the Ford dealer and picked one up and fixed the tire! All done in a very timely fashion! Thanks you guys. Bobby Earley"
