"I never authorized my labs to go here. They were to go to lap corp. Vivid will not provide me the results. Their website link for results doesn’t work. The phone number for results does not work. I called only other number I have, billing, and they demand I pay bill but said they have no way to assist in obtaining results. Interesting they have no issues trying to collect money but refuse to provide results. I’m filing complaints for unfair billing practices."

"Illegal Ballance Billing. In network DR sent samples to vivid who is aparenrly out of net work. Vivid accepted payment from insurance and then came after us for the exact amount of our plan discount... or the difference of what they charged and what the insurance company authorized. We've spent hours on the phone between vivid and our insurance company sorting out vivid's nonsense. They will send you bills that aren't legit and hope you pay them or give up fighting them. Even if this faculty was in network, I would never go back."

"I did not even know of this company, who apparently performed the pathology on the behalf of the hospital where I had 3 surgeries for cancer. After being away for a few months for cancer treatment at MD Anderson in Houston, I come home to see a bill from a collection agency representing Vivid Pathology. What a truly disgusting and despicable way of doing business knowing that person is fighting cancer, and you don't even give them a chance to take care of things before sending this to a collection agency. You represent all of the horrible things that you hear about the medical community and practices. Shame on you."
