"Only time you get good lashes is when the owner does them. I went in today got my lashes and eyebrows done. The lady that done my service didn't even finish my eye brows. I had to come home and finish them. On my lashes, never have I ever had someone put glue my real lashes under strip until today. I'm no expert but I don't believe your supposed to do that. Now I look like I paid a crack head to glue my lashes on. Never will I return. Sorry Pinky, your good at what you do but your employee, I think she needs to be retained the correct way."

"Let’s just start off with the horrible customer service! I signed in and waited for Pinky, another lady who previously worked at Eyes By India was there & I disliked her work she done mines before.Pinky says to me “She can do your eyebrows” I said no I’ll wait on you. She says “Why you don’t want her to do your eyebrows”? I said it’s ok I’ll wait or come back tomorrow. She says “ We’re going to be busy tomorrow” I’m like Ok it’s fine I’ll come back. I highly dislike the fact that she was trying to force this lady on me. I will take my money & spend it elsewhere."
