"This place is absolutely a fraud. The stylist who works there named Brenda treated me last week promising to color my hair and the process was somewhat disastrous. She damaged my hair. Additionally, she did not fulfill her promise. I do not recommend that place at all. It is the worst. beauty salon that I have attended and I know of good places but I wanted to give them the opportunity, unfortunately I had the worst experience of my life I do not recommend it, do not go to you or you will lose your hair and damage your image. Additionally, the administrator did not respond to our complaint when we told her that she had done a bad process . I don't even give them a star, the application simply wouldn't let me continue if I didn't give a rating, terrible service, it's the worst."

"My girlfriend schedule an appointment for color correction and the woman completely destroyed her hair it is three different colors now none of which are the color she originally wanted."

"Brenda has been cutting my hair for years. I won't let anyone else cut it. She's amazing! There have been times that I've gone in and told her to give me a new look without knowing what I want and I'm always pleased with the results. I did that recently and I've been getting compliments left and right. She's the best!"

"My appointment was for 10:30 I was there at 10 :25 waited until 11:00 it was not open no one was there to cut my hair. So I made an appointment with another salon."

"I have been getting my hair done their for a while (Rose is my favorite hairdresser). They have always done an amazing job with cuts and highlights! However, I can't seem to get an appointment. I have set up appointments online, I've called and met up in person but nothing is happening. I love most of the hairdressers there but I can't appreciate/pay them if I can't get an appointment. The issues aren't the hairdressers fault but it is still very frustrating. Love the staff, hate the appointment system."
