"The lack of empathy I experienced before my appointment even began left me extremely frustrated with the staff. I had an appointment where I did everything possible to be able to make the appointment & get out of the house with a 6 month old baby during below freezing temperatures. I get there with my baby and I am greeted with "Do you have someone with you to watch the baby?" not even a hello or good afternoon. When I told them it was just the two of us, the lady at the front desk had this look and told me I was not allowed in with the baby because it was dangerous. I understand there are policies, but this situation could have been approached differently. I felt no empathy and almost guilty for brining my baby to an appointment despite having no other care options."

"Let me start by saying this-- five stars does not do this dentistry office justice. I was horribly anxious about going to the dentist after a few years of not going at all due to insurance issues, but once I walked through the doors I was greeted by an absolutely amazing front desk team. They helped me with the check-in process which was very easy and smooth. Once back in the chair, Allie kindly asked a few questions about my dental history and explained the process of what would happen. Their technology seemed very advanced and they had calming videos on a few screens in the room for the patient to sit back and focus on just incase of anxiety! There was no harsh poking or prodding in the mouth, and things went very quick! The dentist herself was very kind and did a great job of answering any questions I had. This is by far, the best dentist office I have ever been to. I will be returning without a doubt. Thank you to the JNFD team for the amazing care!!"

"Myself, my 2 teenagers & my 2 Littles all have Dr. Jenny as a dentist. The staff here are always polite, always professional, and have always accommodated my family. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and can answer all of my questions without the need to get Dr. Jenny. I came in yesterday to see about making a last-minute appointment. They were super busy. Dr. Jenny herself pulled me to a computer to schedule my Littles. I was beyond happily surprised that she noticed the long line & started helping her office staff. Sam is pretty awesome as well. She's always polite & talks to my kiddos as if she just saw them the day before. My family enjoys coming to the dentist. It's never a chore & as a mom of 4, that's a blessing."
