"Not sure if this is a normal dental practice as it definitely didn't appear to be but I am certainly concerned.. My child was afraid of having a tooth pulled and Dr. Bailey made comments to my kid such as he didn't have time for this and isn't she too old to be afraid and crying. He told her he would have to force her mouth open and then proceeded to pry her mouth open with his hands and rip out her tooth. We were only in there for about 15 minutes. She was terrified!! This was a non emergency situation and should have been handled with patience and consideration especially towards a scared child or even rescheduled if he didn't have the time to do so. My concern is that this provider is no longer capable of caring for children and should no longer be accepting them as patients."

"Great Dentist for all 4 of my children. Usually puts 2 of the kids back to back and the other 2 back to back which is super helpful. The receptionists are sweet and have tried really hard dealing with a few crazy insurance issues. You don't have to drag the kids out the door to go."
