"I visited the Great Clips in Lebanon on 12/15. The lady with very colorful short hair was cutting my hair and had snotty pouring out of her nose. I mean at least 3 inches and wiped it on her hand right before placing the cape on. This continued throughout the hair cut. My hair is super thin and fine. She was ripping through it with a small picked comb so it was very painful. I should have spoken up but clearly did not. I even tipped her as it is the holidays and I know times are tough. The store was clean so this giving 2 stars. But I will not go back with that stylist."
