"At first glance, this is a very cute shop and it seems to have very friendly workers. That was not the case for me. From the first thing Kim had said to me I was being insulted. They all chimed on on how bad my well water hair was. Even after I explained I had dyed ny hair red and dyed over and it turned orange. Then, as I sat down to get my hair cut, I asked how far up my dead ends whcih is when Kim used the word "nasty" to describe my hair. A beauty parlor should make you feel beautiful, not have you in tears at how rude the workers are there. If I could rate this business 0 stars I would."
