I felt the time frame, I was given, was accurate. My car looked brand new after my repairs were done. My car was a 2013 and the paint matched perfectly. I have recommended Caliber Collision on Farabee Drive to many friends. Several of them have taken their vehicle's there and they were very pleased with their repairs also, and the friendly people. "I would NEVER recommend Caliber Collision and I’ll never return to them. I got into an accident and they had my car for a few weeks for repairs. The day I got my car back from them, it didn’t even work. Won’t even start. I’ve had my vehicle for 2 years and NEVER had any problems with the car driving/working. The same day they gave my car back I had to have it towed to another repair shop to figure out what they did to it. (Even after the accident it drove perfect, vehicle just didn’t look great anymore.) now it looks like I’m spending hundreds of dollars of my own money to fix what they messed up. Would never recommend. You’d have better luck going elsewhere! When I told them about my car not starting they said “cars break down all the time, we didn’t do anything to your car!” CRAZY"

They sent text updates on the process so I didn't have to keep calling in to ask about it. I picked up my vehicle cleaner than when I dropped it off. It was a nice surprise."
