"I was so excited to go here and finally get my hair done. But sadly my experience wasn't good. Communication with the scheduler was wrong both times. I also was way over charged for a dye job I didn't ask for. I should have said something write that in there. But I was trying to trust the process because Im not the professional. The other employee there already verified that I did not get what I asked for done to my hair or the scheduled date that I asked for and that it was their mistake. I can understand her not wanting to be involved now. She doesn't wanna cause problems at her job. I tried to make contact with the owner but failed. I'm not going to chase someone. It really sucks because I've been everywhere in this town and Brittany is the best. Now I gotta pay to get this fixed and find someone to trust and who is capable. I still gave the salon two stars because regardless of what happened. Britney is still the best at what she does in the entire town."
