VS Nails

"Had to go here to get a nail fixed, I normally go to Top Nails& they were closed. I should had just waited. I had to pick a full new color .. & they look like my 3 year old painted them.The ONE nail they did fix is hanging out to the left."

"I normally go to Vincent but he was on vacation this past month. After waiting an hour at another nail salon I called and Sophia said should could get me in. I waiting 15 minutes and she got me in and did a wonderful job! I am in love with these nails!"

"I don’t leave bad reviews unless I feel like I wasted money. Paid and tipped for a full set manicure and didn’t get the full service. I just left and it already looks like it’s been several days of growth. No cuticle oil. No clean surfaces. They took maybe 15 minutes for a 50 dollar service. Me and my friend were the only ones there when we arrived and they still didn’t spend the time to make it look nice. They are about speed and not quality but still push the tip. Don’t waste you’re money."

"I have been here many times without issue, however, this evening was a displeasing service. One person applied the tips then passed me on to someone else. I asked for matte black and they applied it once and it didn’t turn out. She drilled it all off, and while drilling cut my cuticles. She repainted and they still came out bad. The tips aren’t even all the way painted and you can she all of the lumps from them not being smoothed out before polish application. She did not offer to fix them after seeing the finished product nor offer any discount. They are also very uneven lengths :("

"Received a Fill-in/Pedi. Glad to see this nail salon taking extreme preventatives to ensure a healthier environment for their clientele. Edit: My nail technician did a great job; however, nail techs at this shop are leery on doing certain designs which is unfortunate because customers like myself expect a bit of customization when paying for a nail service. I was labeled as being "complicated" for simply asking to see how a color would look on my nail which clearly spurs from laziness..... I'm only giving a 4 star review because I am satisfied with my end results. Con: Customer service is not so great here."
