"We've been buying Ford trucks for years now from a local Ford dealership. The buying experience was always ok, not bad but not great. Went to Bosak for the first time this week since they had a truck in stock that was hard to find and the experience as next level. Their entire team, from our initial contact with Jacob in internet sales, Peggy in sales, Brian in Finance, Christian the Sales Manager to Chris their GM, they worked flawlessly together to put together a deal that was worth making the 5 hour round trip for. Couldn't have asked for anything more than they did for us. We just found our new go to Ford Dealership. You wont be disappointed."

"Great, uneventful drop off. When picking up service desk personnel were assisting other customers. I wasn't acknowledged even after standing there for several minutes. I have personally dealt with the public in my job and always taught to acknowledge customers even when you're busy, with the line, " someone will be with you shortly or we'll be with you shortly. " Followed up by thank you for your patience " in which was said to me after the fact. Overall customer service was good."
