"Had an appointment this morning and was sitting in waiting area. One employee was cutting someone’s hair second employee was in back. When another customer walked in and was in process of removing their coat the employee from the back came out and asked the new customer if they were ready. The employee working told the girl from in back that I was sitting around the corner and waiting first. The girl responded by saying she wasn’t going to tell the gentleman to wait until after I was waited on after she had clearly made a mistake. So I got up and walked out , will never return again and will never recommend them to anyone as well."

"Took my 6 year old son to get a hair cut first time… usually his dad takes him to his barber, but because it was closer to our house I thought I would try it. My son does not usually cry during haircuts, and when she started using the clippers, he started to tell her it was hurting she said, I think he’s just faking, and he began to cry, after she finished, the haircut, I pointed out that it looked uneven where she use the clippers she said while he was crying, so I’m not going to do that. I said OK, and then I pointed out that the lining around his forehead and ears was uneven as well. All she said was OK and she charged me $15, I will never go there again"
