"I have been a patient of Dr. Dino Ferrante for many years now. He’s a straight talker who doesn’t sugar-coat your problems, which is what I prefer. He’s always been very personable as well, and takes the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. He and his staff have always returned my calls and the front desk staff is courteous and kind. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my health, and now have my husband seeing a specialist there as well."

"I will never suggest anyone going to this group of doctors. I received a Certified Mail Return Receipt letter from them telling me they could no longer treat me with NO given explanation. I have had to reschedule appointments this past year due to my having to care for my in-laws, mom, and my family. I have not at any point not shown up for an appointment. I have always made sure they knew I would not be able to make that appointment and I rescheduled. As you can imagine my surprise yesterday when I received the letter that I had been "fired" from a doctor's office that I did not even work for! Ha! Ha! I will attach the letter for anyone to read and make you aware that they just don't need any patients. I really like my doctor there (Dr. Roath and her PA) and felt I received good care from them. I am not sure they were made aware of this letter until it was sent. Tried to call and leave a message but receptionist would only let me leave a message for a "head nurse" which never returned my call. I will not beg this group to take me back as a patient but wanted to make everyone aware that they can and will drop you from their practice anytime they please. Don't waste your time and get into a facility who cares for their patients and not just money! PS: My mom is also a patient at this facility and although she has not been cancelled as a patient, I am getting her out of there and taking her to wherever I go. Nicole Roper"

"The medical staff is great but the administrative element of this organization is as poor as I have ever seen. The phone system is broken. Long waits, lots of patching by switchboard operators and others, people who are apparently trained to transmit only resulting in very poor communications, and a overall sense of haste all combine to distract greatly from the nice medical staff. There also appears no path to inform the leadership of this issue that, from my understanding, is well known by the medical staff. The board of advisors is either uninformed or don’t care as no action appears underway to fix this. Dale, the “administrator” seems to be out of touch with the issue or wedded to a very poor standard. This perspective comes from decades of running very large communications systems."
