"My tech was great and front office was friendly & informative. Patient suite for you to be “interviewed” by the tech before your scan, & for my husband to wait in, was comfy & relaxing. It was nice to have a dedicated space to ourselves!"
"Got in quickly, my knee was killing me. Did a great job taking care of me. Everyone from the frontdesk to the techs in the back were nice, friendly and professional. Got results quick and even a copy at my request. Will always use this place. Excellent compared to some of the others I've been too. Thanks"
"Pros: clean facility, large patient care areas, quick scheduling Cons: Rude staff The lady at the front desk was so very rude upon our arrival. When she took my credit card payment she threw it on the desk and didn’t bother to say anything. Her unprofessional behavior in a patient care area is the exact reason that the medical field gets a bad name. Patient satisfaction begins the moment a patient walks in the door and today’s experience with her was below average for even an outpatient facility. If you don’t like your job or you don’t like dealing with the public, change jobs. A smile or a how are you goes a long way, even if you don’t care what the persons answer is. The MRI Imaging tech was very professional, despite her stoic personality which was uninviting and felt as though you were and inconvenience to her day. I am sure she is used to dealing with much more ignorant people that myself, but again, a smile goes a long way in a patient care area. The facilities were warm, clean and comfortable, the spacious patient waiting areas were a welcomed change from those we previously experienced. Would much rather go spend all day at a hospital radiology department that to go back. At least at the hospital you know you’re going to be treated like just another number."
"The front desk lady Rebecca was rude on the phone, was rude when we got there and then just kept saying insurance hadn’t approved one of the 2 scans we needed. Offered no help to try and figure out why or anything. My sister and I tried calling insurance, primary care doc and tried to get it all worked out but in the meantime I asked twice could we please just pay for it out of pocket. My mother was wheelchair bound with no feeling in her legs and feet and we needed both thoracic and lumbar mris that had been ordered. Rebecca rudely informed me that we couldn’t pay for it “that was illegal”. So I said well I know you have a self pay plan so what do people without insurance do? Her response was that people without insurance can self pay but people with insurance can’t because that was insurance fraud. She was SO RUDE. From the moment we got there even before all this my sister was filling out paperwork and mentioned that we wanted to get the images on a cd bc our doctor had told us to do that and take the images to the neuro surgeon we were scheduled to see that same afternoon. Rebecca said “well I suggest you go on and call them back and tell them you’re going to be late because we won’t get all that done In time and the results won’t be until 24 hours”. Everyone else was super friendly, sympathetic, helpful… but she was not. I do not EVER leave reviews but this woman ticked me off so bad that I plan to tell everyone I know about it and leave a google review. Not that anyone cares."
"My partner and I came to Sonos Imaging for the his knee MRI. It swelled up unexpectedly and he could not walk. It was no problems to make an appointment on the short notice at Sonos Imaging. Stuff is supper nice and MRI was completed quickly. The receptionist let us know that results take 24 hours to process. 5 star place."
