"This person does not have your best interest in mind or a persons needs and wants. She is just looking out for herself. Beware if you change your mind on what color you want to dye your hair she will try to push you into something you don’t want. If you want to change your mind she threaten to charge you for products she didn’t use on you. She charges 85 for cancellations it’s not on her website but when you go to cancel it tells you. Never going back with a person who doesn’t have my interest at heart. I will pay for what I want not, not be pressured. When you go get your hair done it’s suppose to be an enjoyable experience not this. Beware"
"She has been transforming me into Santa for 5 years now. I would let anyone else do this on my face. She knows what she’s doing and is good at it"
"I was stood up at our scheduled appointment!! The appointment had been confirmed and there had been prior communication between the owner and I about having this appointment. I assumed she was just running late, so I texted and waited 15 minutes before getting frustrated and leaving. The owner finally responded 2 1/2 hours later stating that she had been asked to stay later for a wedding that she had worked on earlier that day. There was no communication about having to reschedule, and my time was wasted by having to go out to her studio just for her to not show up and not call to let me know that she did not intend on coming."
