She did an awesome job clean and friendly facility very friendly. She is the best I’ve had this year that DOES NOT PULL YOUR EDGES and she NOT heavy handed. She started my hair @4p I was out by 8p! She really cares about her clients she kept making sure I was ok and asked if I needed to stand(8months pregnant). AYO also gave me a bottle of her own home made oil it makes your shake grow and scalp feel wonderful. THANK YOU AYO I WILL BE BACK."

"One of the best braiding experiences I have had in a very long time. I received a text the day before my appointment asking if I could come in early which I had no problem. Arrived at my appointment with Ayo pulling up the same time as me lol. She was extremely sweet, made sure I was ok throughout my whole appointment, conversation was amazing, the atmosphere was peaceful and clean, just all around a professional person. Such a beautiful and amazing personality. Never have I had braids that didn't hurt or result with a headache. I am beyond satisfied with my knotless braids and will be returning."

"I found Ayo service on the Booksy app and decided to try her out. The first time I went she was on time very professional gave me great service. I left the shop feeling happy. Telling all the family and friends how I think I found my new stylist. I booked her again. I had an appointment scheduled she canceled on me the same day, two hours before my appointment through a text message. She said she became ill (understandable) But in that same text message, she said that the services I requested takes longer than what she have on her booking app. (Confused face.) I just thought as a hairstylist you owe me the same courtesy to inform me of that info when I booked my appointment. She asked if I wanted to reschedule I advised unfortunately time does not allow I was off that particular day and I needed my hair done for a funeral that I was attending a couple of days later. When I finally get my schedule for April, I tried to booking an appointment and it would not allow me. Through further researching I found out I was blocked not to implement anyone but it’s true. I did nothing wrong, said nothing wrong. I thought how professional is that. So I get blocked because you canceled on me… your time frame is incorrect on your website and I asked for my deposit back. I had to go elsewhere to find someone else to try to make me look presentable for the funeral with no time allowed smh… Professionalism at the works….. Client time is valuable too. A phone call is way better than an text…."

"I visited this shop for the first time in 10/2020. Ayo did a wonderful job on my braids. I was impressed because upon request, she removed the alkaline from the hair she used with me (I'm allergic), and was very gentle with the braiding process.
