"This room was like a crime scene, nightmare, and health hazard. Sheets and pillows full of rips and moth-eaten holes, disgusting stains. Asked for newly washed ones, received more of the same. Toilet seat broken off, sitting on floor. Dirt streaks and black handprints on the walls and door. Floor completely blackened my feet in moments. Lock busted. No light except the bathroom. Call the health department."
