"I was in the middle of a long distance trip through Indiana today when my vehicle began to overheat for the third time in the last few weeks. After having my radiator replaced by the first repairer a week ago, the vehicle had overheated in the same manner and another repairer worked on the vehicle. Stranded on the side of the highway yet again, I called this repair facility for assistance. I don't remember the name of the person who answered, but he patiently listened to the symptoms I was experiencing and provided his thoughts and recommendations to resolve my situation. He even referred me to a different repairer in the area who may have been able to perform repairs outside of the scope of this facility. In retrospect, I must say how much I appreciated a trustworthy and knowledgeable repairer who had the patience to listen to the symptoms experienced and provide a recommendation even if it didn't include work performed by his own facility. I appreciated this wholeheartedly and would recommend this shop to anyone."
